Service Description

*Basic service is for a a single story home with a ground level vent and limited turns or elbows and no necessary repairs. Repairs are determined on a case by case basis and will be addressed prior to completing work or repairs (typically discovered in an inspection).* Add-Ons: 2nd Story/Roof Access: this add-on is required if a ladder is required to clean/access the vent or access to the roof on a second story is necessary. Attic/Crawl Space Work: this add-on is required if access in a crawl space or attic is required to complete any repairs or work to include the original cleaning. Inspection/Report (Before & After Photos): Before and after photos with a basic report for any issues noted, discovered, and or repaired. *$75 service fee applies to all services and is built into our fee structure to help be transparent in our pricing.
